Our Lead coaches are both experienced and educated in correct stunting and spotting techniques in cheerleading. They understand that no two athletes are alike and will work with athletes to develop their skills.
Jackie Barrett
Owner/ Head Coach
Classes:
Sorority, Gossip Girl, A Team, Golden Girls, GBHS, Tumble Level 1, 2 & 3 & Next Gen Acadamy.
Jackie is a former competitive athlete with over 16 years of experience in the sport. She has a passion for stunting and athlete development. She incorporates her experience studying education into her coaching, developing her classes with the physical, emotional, and mental development of athletes in mind.

Britt
Lead Coach
Britt joins our team with a experience as both a cheerleader and a cheer mum. Britt began her Cheerleading career with our adults program.
This is Britt’s 3rd year coaching with us and she will be assisting with GBHS.
Chelsea
Lead Coach
Chelsea joins our team with a experience as both a cheerleader and a cheer mum.
Chelsea co-coached Oh! My Gold in 2023 and will be lead coaching Diamond Diva’s in 2026.
Kyndra
Lead Coach
Kyndra joins our team with a years of experience. Kyndra began her Cheerleading career in Palmerston North and has cheered from levels 1 through to 4. Kyndra has coached both recreational and competitive cheerleading.
This is Kyndra’s 2nd year coaching with us and will be lead coaching 24 Karat Gold.
Kody
Lead Coach
Kody joing our coaching team with a Bachelor of Education specialising in Early Childhood Education. Bringing those key principals and theories from their degree into their coaching.
This will be Kody’s 4th year coaching with us and will be lead coaching Oh! My Gold.

Lead Coach
Amy joins our team with years of experience as a cheerleader in both Scholastic Cheer and Adult Cheer.. Amy co-coached Powerpuff Girls in 2024 and we are so excited to watch her continue coaching in 2025.

Joe
Lead Coach & Admin Support
Joe supports Jackie with the overall management of the club and come from a basketball and rugby background.
Joe began competing in 2022 after years of helping behind the scenes. Joe will be Co-coaching tumble level 1 & 2, Gossip Girl and Senior Sorority.
Maria
Admin Assistant
Maria joins our admin team for the 2026 Season. Maria will be managing the emails and general communications within the club.
Dani
Coach in Training
Dani joins our team with club, Scholastic and university cheer experience. She has a wealth of knowledge which spans across 15 years.
Dani will be co-coaching Golden Girls in 2026.
Tyla

Tyla joins our team with club and university cheer experience.
Tyla will be co-coaching Gold Dust in 2026.
Lucy

Lucy joins our team with club cheer experience.

Neela

Neela joins our team with a extensive cheerleading experience in club cheer.
This will be Neela’s second year coaching Oh! My Gold.

Ruby joins our coaching team with alongside her 5th season of Cheerleading.
This will be Ruby second year coaching 24 Karat Gold.
