General Tips for Your First Training:

Be Prepared: Wear comfortable clothes (usually athletic wear) and supportive shoes (sneakers). Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Stay Positive and Open: Cheerleading is a team sport, so support each other and stay positive. It’s okay to make mistakes—you’re there to learn and improve!

Pay Attention to Safety: Some stunts can be tricky, so always follow your coach’s instructions carefully. If something feels off or unsafe, speak up.

When you arrive at the gym, head right and continue down the hallway to the open waiting area by the vending machine. We will be training in the small gym with the red floor.

What should I do when I arrive?

Upon arrival, please check in with a staff member. Keep in mind that there might be a team training session before your class, so the coach could be occupied until it’s time for your session to start.

Do I need to stay with my child?

Parents are welcome to drop off and pick up athletes and are not required to stay.
Our trainings are open, we believe in transparency and parents are welcome to sit in on trainings. Parents can sit at the front of the floor and upstairs by the viewing deck. We do ask parents to ensure all other children do not sit or play on any of the other gymnastics equipment in the room.
